WELCOME TO JNL ACRES
Our goat journey began in 2013 when we got our first goats. Mama Effie and her baby Penelope. They were Nubian, Nigerian crosses. Both had their horns and even though there were many hours of research done before getting them we had no idea what we had gotten ourselves into.

It didn't take us long to realize that we were in this for the long haul. We purchased our first registered Nubian, Tiana, only a few months later and attended our first show as exhibitors. We were so nervous and excited to learn and show off our little doe. The most important thing we learned that day is that this is our family time. Preparing and showing the goats is a family affair. This is our "camping".

Now in 2023, we have a herd of 25+ goats. We have traveled all over the country for goats. Our main focus is the Toggenburgs, however, we do have our token Nubian and a few Boer does for 4H.

This year kidding season starts in February. Let the baby season begin!
